Etiam pulvinar consectetur dolor sed malesuada. Ut convallis
euismod dolor nec pretium. Nunc ut tristique massa.
Nam sodales mi vitae dolor ullamcorper et vulputate enim accumsan.
Morbi orci magna, tincidunt vitae molestie nec, molestie at mi. Nulla nulla lorem,
suscipit in posuere in, interdum non magna.
Positives:
• Easy entrance
• Music interesting and not too loud, initially
• Plenty of food and wine stations under tent
• Plenty of tables
• Real table cloths and real wine glasses. Clear plastic plates and utensils (not bad)
• Decent wine
• Excellent food and selection
• Impressive lighting. Color wheel on church (img 2795) and multiple roving light towers (img 2816) in multiple colors too.
• Bars and Restaurants also open during the event.
• Real flowers in vases
• Entertainment stage (a bit loud)
Suggestions:
• Keep the music in the background (it was not all that bad this event)
• Music can be louder off stage than background, but was overpowering for seated folks
• Needed a bit better traffic flow around food and wine stations. All worked well until groups met up, stopped the traffic line, and caused congestion.
• As always, better promotion, perhaps a mailing list option for attendees.
• Better presence of soft drinks and water.
• Advanced notice of parking options, and shuttle bus schedule
• Perhaps more cultural displays
